The Hanun River is a river shown in Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden. It was once a mighty river, but in recent years due to war, famine and disease, the water has become unfit to drink. Bodies of the deceased litter its banks. This is also the place where Tauru, Soruen's father, died eight years before the strat of Genbu Kaiden.
